A fuller picture.

A blower-door test measures the building’s air leakage under a pressure difference. Thermal imaging helps investigate surface-temperature patterns and possible leakage paths.

The two methods complement each other. Thermal imaging does not replace an air tightness measurement or see through walls.

About air tightness testing
Getting useful results.

A suitable temperature difference between indoors and outdoors helps reveal patterns. Wind and recent sun exposure can influence what the camera sees.

We’ll discuss your building, the survey scope and suitable timing before the visit. Findings may need further checks to confirm their cause.
